摘 要:针对陷落柱内部岩石块度大、强度高,综采工作面无法直接通过陷落柱的问题,提出对唐安煤矿3405工作面陷落柱注盐酸的软化方法并成功进行实践。实验表明:砂质泥岩力学强度与盐酸溶液浓度呈指数规律变化;砂质泥岩力学强度随浸泡时间延长呈负对数规律降低;随盐酸溶液浓度升高,岩样孔隙率增加、屈服点变化明显、塑性增强。According to the problem of big rock blocks, high strength in collapse column which leads to coal face can not directly pass- ing collapse column, we proposed that using hydrochloric acid softening method at Tang'an mining 3405 fully mechanized coal face to directly passing collapse column and it carried out successfully. The experiment showed that mechanical strength of sandy mudstone was exponential law change with hydrochloric acid solution concentration ; the mechanical strength of sandy mudstone was decreased of nega- tive logarithmic law with the soak time of hydrochloric acid solution increased ; with the increased of hydrochloric acid solution concen- tration, its porosity increased, yield point was obvious and plastic raised.
