供电系统故障对刮板输送机电动机的影响

摘　　要：通过对某煤矿生产实践中SGW620/40T、SGD420/22、SGB620/55 3种型号的刮板输送机电机烧毁的6种实例的分析,说明了供电电压质量、配电线路配置、配电控制回路设备等3种供配电因素对刮板输送机电动机运行的影响。指出了预防这3种因素引起刮板输送机电动机烧毁事故发生的相关技术措施,提供了一些现场维护、保养刮板输送机电动机的经验。Through analyzing six instances in a coal mine production practice in which SGW620/40T, SGIM20/22, SGB620/55 three models of scraper conveyor motor are burned out, we explain the impact of relative factors about the power distribution including the quality of power supply voltage, the configuration of distribution line, and the distribution control devices on scraper conveyor motor in operation, and present the technical measures to prevent the scraper conveyor motor burned out, which provids service experience to maintain scraper conveyor motor in field.
