早期主动脉内带膜支架植入治疗改善Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者的近期预后

摘　　要：目的研究早期行主动脉带膜支架治疗Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者是否能改善其近期生存率。方法入选Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者,随访1个月,对比早期(14 d内)行主动脉带膜支架治疗组及标准治疗组(14 d内未行主动脉带膜支架治疗)近期(1个月)的生存率。结果早期行主动脉带膜支架植入术患者近期生存率为100%,早期未行主动脉带膜支架植入术患者生存率为50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。结论早期行主动脉带膜支架治疗可明显提高Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者的生存率。Objectives To investigate the clinical outcome of endovascular covered stent grafting in early stage in patients with type Ⅲ aortic dissection.Methods The clinical data of enrolled patients with type Ⅲ aortic dissection were collected both in treatment group [treated with endovascular covered stent grafting in early stage （within 14 days）] and control group [treated with conventional method （without endovascular covered stent grafting in 14 days）].Survival rate in short-term （1 month） was compared between the two groups.Results Survival rate in treatment group was 100％,but 50％ in control group.The difference was significant （P=0.02）.Conclusions Endovascular covered stent grafting in early stage can significantly improve the clinical outcome in patients with type Ⅲ aortic dissection.
