摘　　要：目的：探讨2003-2012年梁平县剖宫产率升高的原因以及降低剖宫产率的对策措施。方法：通过对2003-2012年梁平县妇幼保健院7 674例剖宫产资料进行回顾性分析,总结在工作实践中的认识体会,分析剖宫产率升高的原因,寻找对策。结果：2003-2012年剖宫产率逐年上升,经卡方趋势检验差异有统计学意义（χ^2=238.017,P〈0.05）。2003年梁平县剖宫产率为38.79%,2012年达54.35%,平均剖宫产率为46.85%。社会因素及瘢痕子宫所占构成比逐年上升,经卡方趋势检验差异有统计学意义（χ^2=228.497,P〈0.05;χ^2=297.618,P〈0.05）。结论：剖宫产率升高的原因主要为无医学指征的剖宫产增多。降低剖宫产率需要医患双方及全社会的共同努力。Objective： To explore the causes of increase of cesarean section and countermeasures for reducing cesareans section rate in Liangping county from 2003 to 2012. Methods： The data of 7 674 cases undergoing cesarean section in this hospital from 2003 to2012 were analyzed retrospectively,the cognition and experiences in practical work were summarized,the causes of increase of cesarean section were analyzed to find countermeasures. Results： The rate of cesarean section from 2003 to 2012 increased year by year,there was statistically significant difference（ χ^2= 238. 017,P〈 0. 05）. The rates of cesarean section in 2003 and 2012 were 38. 79% and 54. 35%,respectively; the average rate of cesarean section was 46. 85%. The proportions of social factor and scar uterus increased year by year,there were statistically significant differences（ χ^2= 228. 497,P 〈0. 05; χ^2= 297. 618,P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The main reason of increase of cesarean section is increase of cesarean section without medical indication,to reduce the rate of cesarean section,the efforts from doctors,patients and the whole society are needed.
