摘　　要：介绍聂莉芳教授利用益气滋肾法治疗IgA肾病的临床经验。阐述治疗本病的处方及用药特点,益气滋肾为其治疗大法,具有"补中有通,补而不滞"的用药特点,用药平和,久服无弊,于平和之中见奇效。Professor NIE Lifang＇ s clinical experience in treatment of Ig A nephropathy by tonifying qi and nourishing the kidney is introduced. The characteristics of prescriptions and medication for this disease are discussed.Tonifying qi and nourishing the kidney is the rule of the treatments. Prof. NIE considers obstruction-removing when using tonifying,and her prescriptions are mild and harmonious,with no harm in long term application.
