摘　　要：目的:观察心脉隆注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:入选CHF患者91例,随机分为常规治疗组46例和心脉隆组45例,分别给予常规抗心衰治疗、常规治疗加心脉隆注射液治疗,疗程7 d。所有患者治疗前后均测定血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平,测定肱动脉血管内径、左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、每搏输出量(SV)、和左心室射血分数(LVEF)等指标。结果:治疗后2组患者血NO水平均上升,ET-1、BNP水平均下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),心脉隆组治疗后明显优于常规治疗组治疗后(P<0.01);心脉隆组治疗后,肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、内皮非依赖性舒张功能(NMD)均较常规治疗组治疗后显著增强(P<0.01);2组LVDd较治疗前显著降低,SV和LVEF较治疗前明显升高,心脉隆组治疗后明显优于常规治疗组治疗后(P<0.01)。结论:心脉隆注射液具有改善慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能的作用,且安全性高,可作为慢性心力衰竭治疗的有效辅助药物。OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Xinmailong injection on vascular endothelial function in the patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. METHODS 91 patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （n = 46） treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group （n = 45） treated with conventional treatment as well as Xin- mailong for 7 days. The nitrogen monoxide （NO）, endothelin （ET-1）, B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP）, brachial artery blood tube bore, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVDd）, stroke volume （SV） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the level of NO was increased, while the levels of ET- 1 and BNP of the two groups were significantly decreased （P^0. 05）. The FMD, NMD, SV, and LVEF were increased（P〈 0. 01）, whereas the LVDd was significantly decreased（P〈0. 01 ）in the two groups. The degrees of improvement in the treat- ment group was significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Xinmailong improves vascular endothelial function in patients with CHF, and contributes to the CHF patients treated with conventional therapy.
