摘　　要：江苏沿海地区农科所以广占63S为母本,用自育优质中籼稻中间材料盐229为父本进行杂交,并经多年多代异地选择,2006年育成籼型光温敏不育系盐161S,2013年通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。用盐161S与盐恢888配组育成的优质高产抗病两系杂交水稻新组合盐两优1618,2014年通过江苏省农作物品种审定。介绍了盐161S和盐两优1618的选育经过、特征特性及盐两优1618的栽培、制种技术要点。Jiangsu Agricultural Research Institute for Coastal Regions developed Yan 161S, an indica photo- and thermo-sensitive genie male sterile （PTGMS） line in rice, by crossing Guangzhan 63S to Yah 229 （a medium indi- ca breeding material with fine grain quality） and successively selecting elite male sterile plants in its filial genera- tions in different places over years in 2006. Yah 161S was then technically identified by Jiangsu Crop Variety Ap- praisal Committee in 2013. A hybrid derived from Yan 161S and Yanhui 888 was subsequently developed. The hy- brid, designated as Yanliangyou 1618, is a new two-line hybrid rice combination with high yield, good grain quali- ty and disease resistance. It was released for commercial production by Jiangsu Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2014. The breeding procedure and characteristics of Yan 161S and Yanliangyou 1618 and the key technical points for both seed and grain production of Yanliangyou 1618 were introduced in this paper.
