摘 要:采用程氏指数法鉴定了71份水稻种质资源的籼粳属性,将其分为籼、偏籼、偏粳、粳4类。同时选用15对SSR引物对供试材料进行了遗传多样性分析,结果共检测到80个等位基因,平均每对SSR引物检测到5.33个,平均多样性指数(I)为1.24,多态性信息含量(PIC)为0.59,供试材料中籼稻的遗传多样性大于粳稻。根据遗传相似系数进行聚类分析,将供试材料分为2大类(籼稻和粳稻),聚类结果与形态分类结果基本相符。The Cheng's Index method was used to identify the indica-japonica differentiation of 71 rice varieties or lines and they were grouped into four groups: indica type, indicaclinous type, japonicaclinous type and japonica type. The genetic diversity analysis was also conducted on the tested rice varieties or lines using 15 pairs of SSR primers. The results showed that these SSR primers could detect a variation of 80 alleles with an average value at 5.33 per SSR primer. The average diversity index (I) was 1.24 and the polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.59. Among the tested rice materials, the genetic diversity of indica was greater than that of japonica. All of the tested materials were clustered into two groups (indica group and japonica group) by SSR analysis, which was roughly in line with the classification result by the phenotypic analysis.
