摘　　要：广东流动图书馆项目历经11年持续发展,以增加基层图书馆供给、启蒙基层图书馆服务理念、唤醒民众图书馆权利意识、推动政府投入为目标,取得了预期效益,为构建"普遍均等"图书馆服务体系进行了有益尝试。文章对此进行了全面梳理、思考和总结。After 11 years of continuous development of Guangdong Mobile Library has achieved prospective benefits in order to in-crease grass -roots library supplies, the enlightenment of grassroots library service concept, awakening of public library rights, promote gov-ernment investment as the goal , and has tried helpfully to build the ＂universal equality＂library service system .The comprehensive combing , thinking and summary of continuous development of Guangdong Mobile Library is made in this paper.
