摘　　要：以聚合型TPO树脂为基础原料,通过添加阻燃剂、光屏蔽剂、润滑剂和其它助剂等制备TPO防水卷材专用料.结果表明,当TPO树脂总用量为70％时,改性料的性能和经济成本达到较好的平衡.通过改变配方中rPO-AHPO-B添加比例,进一步调节产品的加工性能、力学性能和焊接施工性能.测试结果表明,TPO-B的加入可提高改性料的加工性能、片材的韧性和焊接性能,但强度会随其用量的增加而降低,当其用量过高时,焊接过程中容易出现变形和出油现象.TPO树脂中TPO-B用量控制在20％～30％时,产品具有最佳综合性能.对于北方寒冷地区推荐选用TPO-B用量为30％的柔软配方,对于南方高温地区推荐选用TPO-B用量为20％的高强度配方.Special compound for thermoplastic polyolefin waterproofing sheets were prepared with Reactor TPO resin,flame retardant,light shielding agent,lubricant and other agents.The results showed that,when the amount of TPO resin was at 70％,the compound created a balance between properties and cost.So we maintained the amount of TPO resin totally at 70％ in the formula,and adjust the ratio of TPO-B to improve the processing performance,mechanical properties and welding ability of the compound.The results showed that,the processing performance,toughness and welding ability of the sheets were improved with the increasing amount of TPO-B,but the strength was decreased and the sheets were prone to deformation during the welding.When the TPO-B added in a proportion of 20％ to 30％,the products showed excellent comprehensive performance.We recommended the soften products with TPO-B at the ratio of 30％ in northern China,while in southern China,TPO-B at 20％ with highstrength was the best choice.
