摘  要:采用丙烯酸、马来酸酐、甲基烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚2400 (HPEG2400)、异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚2400 (TPEG2400)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯磺酸钠,合成了预应力高强混凝土管桩用聚羧酸减水剂.研究了HPEG/TPEG质量比与丙烯酸/马来酸酐质量比对减水剂的减水性,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺用量对减水剂黏聚性,亲水亲油平衡值对混凝土含气量,甲基丙烯磺酸钠用量对混凝土凝结时间的影响.对合成的聚羧酸减水剂进行了表征和管桩试生产.结果表明:当m (HPEG2400)∶m (TPEG2400)=1∶1,m(丙烯酸)∶m(马来酸酐)=1∶1,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺用量为0.35%,亲水亲油平衡值控制在52.5~54.3,甲基丙烯磺酸钠用量为0.7%时,合成的聚羧酸减水剂应用于管桩混凝土,具有低引气、凝结时间短、强度高、黏聚性好、容易离心脱水、不易挂浆等优点.Polycarboxylate was synthesized with acrylic acid,maleic anhydride,methallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ethe 2400 (HPEG2400),isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ethe 2400 (TPEG2400),N-methylol acrylamide,and sodium methylallyl sulfonate,which was used into pre-stressed high strength concrete pile.Studied:HPEG/TPEG and acrylic acid/maleic anhydride mass ratio of the water reducing,and retention,N-methylol acrylamide dosage of cohesive,hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value on the gas containing,methacrylic acid sodium dosage on settingtime.Synthetic polycarboxylate was characterized,and carried out trial production of the pile.The results showed that when HPEG2400 1∶1 mass ratio with the TPEG2400,acrylic acid 1∶1 mass ratio with the maleic anhydride,N-methylol acrylamide in amount of 0.35%,the hydrophilic lipophilic balance value 52.5~54.3,sodium methylallyl sulfonate in amount of 0.7%,synthetic polycarboxylate was applied pile concrete,which had advantages of low airentraining,short setting time,high strength,cohesiveness,and easy centrifugal dehydration,not linked to pulp and so on.
