含中药血清对血管内皮细胞生长因子诱导的人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨含中药血清对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法　通过在第 4代人脐静脉内皮细胞的培养液中加入血管内皮细胞生长因子和含中药血清 ,应用流式细胞仪分析其细胞周期。结果　含中药血清可以降低细胞周期中S期细胞的数目 ,抑制细胞的DNA合成 ,尤以高剂量含中药血清作用明显。结论　含高剂量中药的大鼠血清有抑制血管内皮细胞生长因子诱导内皮细胞增殖的作用。OBJECTIVE To research effect of herbal medicine serum on human umbilical vein endothelial cell proliferation. METHODS Vascular ECGF and serum including herb medicine were mixed in culture medium of fourth generation human umbilical vein endothelial cell. The cell growth cycle was analyzed using flow cytometer. RESULTS The serum mixed herb medicine could reduce the number of the cell in the S phase of the cell cycle and inhibit compound of cell DNA. This effect was significant evidence in the high dose herb medicine serum. CONCLUSION The rat serum including high dose herb medicine could have an effect on inhibition of proliferation of endothelial cell induced by vascular ECGF.
