摘  要:目的 探讨针刺对家兔慢性高眼压及慢性高眼压下视网膜超微结构的影响。方法 将具有实验性慢性高眼压的 30只家兔随机分为针刺组、噻吗心安治疗组和实验对照组 ,并以1 0只无高眼压家兔作为正常对照组 ,每组各 1 0只家兔。各组分别用针刺治疗、滴用 0 5 %噻吗心安滴眼液和不治疗。观察每组家兔的眼压变化和视网膜超微结构的变化。结果 针刺组在第 3天的眼压明显低于实验对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;针刺组与噻吗心安治疗组的眼压变化差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 ) ;与实验对照组相比 ,针刺组高眼压对视网膜超微结构的损害可明显减轻。结论 连续针刺可降低实验性高眼压 ,有减轻高眼压下视网膜结构损害的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of acupuncture on experimental chronic ocular hypertension and retinal ultrastructure in rabbits. METHODS Thirty rabbits with chronic experimental ocular hypertension were divided into acupuncture group, treated group with timolol, and experimental control group random. There were 10 rabbits in the each group. Ten rabbits without ocular hypertension were divided into normal control. The rabbits were treated with acupuncture in the acupuncture group, with eye drops of 0 5% timolol in the timolol group, and without treatment in experimental control group and normal control group. Intraocular pressure (IOP) and retinal ultrastructure were observed in the each group. RESULTS The average of IOP was lowerthan experimental control group in the acupuncture at 3 days ( P <0 01). There was not significant difference between acupuncture group and timolol group( P >0 05). Compared with experimental control group, there was a mild damage to retinal ultrastructure in the acupuncture group.CONCLUSIONS When acupuncture was performed in the rabbits with experimental ocular hypertension their IOP could be reduced, and their damages of the retinal ultrastructure induced by chronic ocular hypertension could be alleviated.
