基于“动态反馈分析”的民办高校生源萎缩问题及对策研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,民办高校为我国高等教育的大众化与普及化发挥了积极的作用。但2009年以来,大部分民办高校都遭遇了招生寒流,对其生存与发展带来了巨大压力。民办高校生源减少主要是由适龄人口下降、公办高校扩招、学校间恶性竞争以及各渠道分流生源造成的。文章运用"动态反馈分析法"建立模型,分析民办高校生源减少的原因,并从政府和学校两方面提出对策,以期为民办高校应对生源危机提供有益的借鉴。Since the reform and opening up,non-governmental institutions of higher learning have played a positive role on higher education popularization. However,since 2009 most non-governmental institutions of higher learning have suffered setback of reduced student enrollment,which has brought enormous pressure to their survival and development. The decrease of enrollment is mainly caused by university-age population decline,increased enrollment by public universities,vicious competition among universities and the diversion from other channels. This paper uses the Dynamic feedback analysis to develop relevant models to analyze the reasons behind this enrollment reduction. Specific countermeasures are proposed,including government providing policy support,strengthening supervision and establishing information network,and university promoting core competition in terms of orientation,financing,recruitment and management,so as to provide helpful reference for students recruitment crisis in non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
