摘　　要：社会资本被认为是与物质资本和人力资本并存的三大人类资本形式之一,近年来社会资本理论成为学术领域的研究热点。本研究介绍了社会资本的相关理论,并从宏观、中观和微观三个层面探讨我国慢性病防治领域中可利用的社会资本,旨在为我国慢性病防治提供社会资本理论支持和新的思路。Social capital is regarded as one forms of the three mankind capitals with physical capital and human capital coex- istence, social capital theory have become the focus in academic field lately. This paper introduces the theory of social capital, from the macro, medium and micro three levels of social capital available in chronic disease prevention and treatment are discussed, aims to provide new train of thought and theoretical support for chronic disease prevention and treatment.
