摘  要:溶解氧值是研究水自净能力的一种依据。传统的实验室溶解氧测定方法(如碘量法),在测定上耗时耗力,且不能实现实时获得数据,因此不能实时地监测自然水体等所需应用领域的溶氧变化。文中介绍了一种基于氧分子特异性敏感膜的溶解氧传感器,以高功率蓝光发光二极管为激发光源,激发敏感膜产生特定波长的荧光,通过滤光及光电管光电信号转换,进行信号的采集,水体中氧浓度的多少与检测到的荧光信号强度成反比,通过测定荧光强度即可测定水体中溶解氧的浓度。该传感器具有结构简单、测定迅速、准确、稳定,并具有在线连续监测和数据发送功能,适合于自然水体等水质环境的监测应用。Dissolved oxygen (DO) value is the basis for evaluation of the self-purification capacity of natural water. The traditional DO value tesing methods, such as iodimetry, which are time-wasting,long-lasting and non real-time, could not be used to monitor the real-time transform of the natural water's DO value. This paper introduced a DO sensor based on oxygen-sensitive speci- fied membrane. In this system, the high-power blue ray LED, which as excitation light source, induce specific wavelengths of fluorescence on the oxygen-sensitive membrane. The collection and receipt of signal have been realized through optical fiher and photoelectric signal conversion. Due to the concentration of DO value is inversely proportional to the intensity of detected fluorescence, the DO value could easily obtained from this sensor.
