摘  要:设计了一种用于电磁激振器的实时电流检测系统。该检测系统以STC89C52单片机为核心,主要由A/D转换器、霍尔传感器、数码管等元件组成。通过霍尔传感器检测电磁激振器电流,A/D转换器采集信号,数码管显示检测结果;利用蜂鸣器和继电器分别实现电路的过流报警与保护;采用交流采样算法计算信号幅值。模拟测试证实了检测系统的有效性。This paper designed a system of real-time current detection for electromagnetic vibration exciter. STC89C52 singlechip microcomputer is the core of the system, including A/D converter, hall sensor and nixie tube, etc. The hall sensor was utilized to detect the current of electromagnetic vibration exciter. A/D converter was applied to collect signals and the nixie tube was used to display the measuring result. The buzzer and electric relay were exploited to achieve the overcurrent alarm and protection of circuit respectively. Moreover, the data was processed by the AC sampling algorithm. The detection system was validated by the simulation test.
