浅谈甘草有效成分与肾主水功能的相关作用

摘　　要：甘草是一味常用大宗药材,其主要活性成分是三萜皂苷和黄酮类化合物,具有抗溃疡、抗炎、解痉、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗癌、抗抑郁、保肝、祛痰和增强记忆力等多种药理活性,对消化系统、呼吸系统、神经系统、内分泌系统等均具有调节和保护活性。"肾主水"功能在中医学上需肺、脾、肾等多脏器的协同作用,在西医上则需下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺以及肾脏等器官相互作用。笔者通过既往的研究探索了甘草的有效成分对人体水液代谢的作用与肾脏主持和调节人体水液输布排泄功能之间联系。Licorice is know as a medicinal herbs most in use, whose main active ingredients are triterpenoid saponins and flavonoids with the pharmacological activity of anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, anti-oxidation, anti-viral, anticancer, anti-depressants, liver, expectorant and enhance memory, which can regulate and protect the digestive system, respiratory system, nervous system, endocrine system. TCM holds that The function of ＂The Kidney Controlling Water＂ need the synergistic effect of lungs, spleen, kidneys and other organs, while western medicine considers that it needs the interaction between the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenal and kidney and other organs. The author search the connection between the effect of active ingredients in licorice to the human body＇s respiratoy metaboism and the kidney function of controlling and regulating the distribution and excretion of body fluids.
