新生儿二次断脐后运用复方生肌膏的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方生肌膏在二次断脐中的运用临床效果。方法:将640例新生儿随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组患儿二次断脐后用无菌纱布覆盖脐窝,研究组患儿在覆盖前加用复方生肌膏。比较两组新生儿脐部情况。结果:二次断脐1天后研究组新生儿脐部渗血、潮湿的发生率显著低于对照组新生儿(P<0.01);断脐1周后研究组新生儿脐部红肿和脓性分泌物发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),脐部干燥率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在二次断脐后运用复方生肌膏可以减少脐部出血、促进断面的干燥和愈合,有效预防新生儿脐炎,安全有效。Objective ： To evaluate the clinical effects of compound myogenic ointment on second severing of umbilical cord. Methods： A total of 640newborn baby were randomly divided into study group and eontroledl group. All the neonatal umbilical cords after second severing were covered by sterile gauze. Compound myogenic ointment were additionaly used in the study group. The condition of neonatal umbilical cord between the two groups were observed. Results ： One day after second severing the blood oozing and fluid oozing rate in study group was statistiely less than those in the controlled group （ P〈0. 01 ）. One week after second severing the swelling and oozing rate in study group was statisticly less than those in the controlled group （ P〈0. 01 ） and neonatal umbilical cord drying rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The usage of compound myogenic ointment in second severing of umbilical cord can significant reduce oozing, promot wound drying and healing which helps prevent neonatal omphalitis.
