止痛如神汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗痔术后创缘水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止痛如神汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗痔术后创缘水肿的临床疗效。方法:将60例痔术后创缘水肿的患者随机分为2组,均给予常规静滴抗生素预防感染,口服润肠通便药(麻仁丸)保持大便通畅。治疗组便后止痛如神汤合血府逐瘀汤加减坐浴,对照组便后碘伏坐浴。结果:治疗组的疼痛缓解程度随着水肿的消失而明显优于对照组。两组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:止痛如神汤合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗痔术后创缘水肿疗效良好,能明显减轻痔术后创缘水肿及疼痛。且费用低,使用方便、简单,患者易接受。Objective： To study the clinical application effect of Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Add-substrat on anal edema after hemorrrhoids operation. Methods： 60patients who had wound edema hemorrhoid postoperative were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the controlled group, both were given regularly antibiotics intravenous, oral administation of runchang purge medicine （Maren Pills ） to keep bowels open. The treatment group hipped bath with Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction after bowel movement; the controlled group hipped bath with iodophor. Results： The treatment group was much higher than the controlled group in total effictive rate, and the treatment group was superior to the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Concusion： The mixed decoction which was Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Add-substrat can achieve good effect on the treatment of wound edema afterhemorrrhoids operation, and significantly relived wound edema and ache. The mixed decoction has the advantages as follows： low cost, convenient and simple in use, which enabled the patients easily accept it
