点穴按摩对促进产后乳汁分泌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察点穴按摩对产后乳汁分泌的影响。方法：选择2012年6月～2013年10月在我院门诊就诊的乳汁淤积的产妇81例,随机分为点穴按摩组（n=41）与对照组（n=40）,对照组产妇单纯行乳房按摩治疗,指导产妇正确的喂奶姿势,按需哺乳;并告知产妇调整心理与情绪,注意充分的睡眠与休息,并告知家属调理产妇营养,每日要满足产妇营养需求,以更好的泌乳。点穴按摩组产妇在对照组治疗的基础上,每次按摩前先点穴操作,比较两组产妇泌乳时间,产妇通乳后48小时内泌乳量、以及乳房胀痛情况。结果：经过乳房按摩点穴的产妇平均24小时内乳汁分泌增多,对照组产妇治疗72小时后才有乳汁分泌的产妇占观察对象的46.34%。乳房点穴按摩组产妇48小时乳汁充足的例数显著高于对照组产妇（χ2=32.55,P〈0.001）。点穴按摩组产妇产后72小时乳房胀痛程度显著低于对照组产妇（u=8.751,P〈0.05）。结论：产后乳房点穴按摩可促进产妇产后泌乳,有助于减轻产妇乳汁淤积的状况,并增加产妇乳汁的分泌。Objective： To study the effects of acupuncture on post-natal massage with milk secretion. Methods： 81 cases of maternal December2012to June 2013in our hospital clinic milk deposition, were randomly divided into massage acupuncture group （n=41） and controlled group （n=40）, the controlled group mothers simply lines breast massage therapy, properly ~uided of maternal feeding posture, breastfeeding on demand; and informed maternal psychological and emotional adjustment, attented adequate sleep and rest, and informed the families conditioning maternal nutrition, maternal nutrition to meet the daily needs in order to better lactation. Massage acupuncture group mothers in the controlled group therapy, acupuncture twice a day operation, the two groups of maternal lactation period, maternal lactation within 48hours after lactation, prolactin levels after treatment in vivo, as well as breast tenderness situation. Results： After breast massage acupuncture maternal milk secretion increased average 24hours, 72hours after treatment, the controlled group mothers maternal milk secretion accounted for 46. 34% of the observed object. Number of cases of breast milk 48hours massage acupuncture groups were significantly higher than adequate maternal （X2 = 32. 55, P〈0. 001 ）. 48hours postpartum massage acupuncture group serum prolactin levels were significantly higher than pre-natal （ P 〈0. 05）. 72hours postpartum massage acupuncture group was significantly lower breast tenderness degree of control mothers （ u = 8.751, P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： Postpartum breast acupuncture massage can promote postpartum lactation, maternal milk helps reduce siltation of the situation and increase the secretion of maternal milk.
