摘  要:以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为增容剂,通过熔融共混制备了聚丁烯(PB)/聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)合金,研究了MXD6含量、PP-g-MAH用量及螺杆转速对MXD6/PB共混体系阻隔性能的影响。通过差示扫描量热仪分析和扫描电子显微镜研究了共混合金的结晶性能和层状形貌。结果表明,共混体系中PB/MXD6/PP-gMAH质量份数比为30∶70∶4且螺杆转速为30 r/min时,吸油率最低,阻隔性能最佳;而相容剂PP-g-MAH的最佳用量是4份。MXD6加入量的增大,阻碍了PB的结晶,结晶峰逐渐消失。适当增加MXD6含量,有利于分散相尺寸的增大,形成完善的层状结构。PB/MXD6 alloy was prepared by melt blending with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (PP-g-MAH) as compatibilizer, and the effects of MXD6 content, PP-g-MAH dosage and the screw speed on barrier properties of MXD6/PB blends were studied. The crystallization and layered morphology of blend alloy were studied by thermal analysis and SEM observation. The results showed that when the mass ratio of PB:MXD6:PP-g-MAH was 30:70:4, the screw speed was 30 r/min, the rate of oil absorption was the lowest, and the barrier properties were the best. The best content of compatibilizer PP-g-MAH was 4 parts. It showed the PB crystallization hindered, and crystallization peak gradually disappeared with the amount of MXD6 increasing. Increasing MXD6 content appropriately was conducive to the increase of the size of the dispersed phase and to form a complete layered structure.
