摘  要:建立了同时测定洗涤用品中三氯生和三氯卡班的高效液相色谱法。液、皂、粉3类洗涤用品先经甲醇超声提取离心后用高效液相色谱法测定。采用C8色谱柱,甲醇/水梯度洗脱,检测波长281 nm,二者得到良好分离。三氯生在0.5-100 mg/L范围内(r^2=0.999),三氯卡班在0.1-100 mg/L范围内(r^2=0.999)线性关系良好;方法定量限分别为0.0025%和0.0005%。低、中、高3个添加水平的回收率在96.3%-109.5%,相对标准偏差为0.3%-7.3%(n=6)。采用本方法对24件市售洗涤用品进行抽查,其中5件液类样品检出三氯生,2件皂类样品检出三氯卡班。A simple method was developed for simultaneous determination of triclosan( TCS) and triclocarban( TCC)in three kinds of cleaning products,including liquid,soap and powder samples. The samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol and centrifugated. The analytes were separated on a C8 column with a gradient elution mobile phase using methanol / water and detected at 281 nm. Good linearities were achieved for TCS and TCC over the ranges of 0. 5 - 100 mg / L and 0. 1 - 100 mg / L,respectively,with correlation coefficients( r^2) more than 0. 999. The limits of quantification for the two analytes were 0. 0025% and 0. 0005%. Mean recoveries of the target analytes in three kinds of cleaning products at three spiked levels ranged from 96. 3% to 109. 5% with relative standard deviations( RSDs) no more than 7. 3%( n =6). This proposed method was used to monitor twenty-four cleaning products and five liquid samples containing TCS and two soap samples containing TCC were found.
