ICP-MS determination of harmful elements of As,Se,Cd,Sb,Hg,Pb in food-grade lubricating oils and greases with microwave digestion

摘  要:建立了微波消解样品,ICP-MS同时测定食品级润滑油(脂)中Pb,Cd,As,Se,Sb,Hg 6种微量元素的分析方法。通过优化实验条件,方法测试食品级润滑油(脂)样品中6种微量元素的检出限在0.001-0.020μg/g之间,Pb,Cd,As,Se,Sb在5.00-100.00μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,Hg在0.50-10.0μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在93.3%-116%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)在2.3%-4.2%之间。方法能够满足食品级润滑油(脂)中微量有毒有害元素的定量测定要求。An analytical method using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) for the determination of trace As,Se,Cd,Sb,Hg,Pb elements in food grade lubricating oils and greases with microwave digestion pretreating method was established. The study showed that the limits of detection( LOD) of all the elements were in the range from 1 to 20 ng / g,the linear ranges for As,Se,Cd,Sb,Pb were 5. 0 -100. 0 μg / L,the linear range for Hg was 0. 50 - 10. 0 μg / L under the optimum conditions,and all of the correlation coefficients were higher than 0. 999. The recoveries were 93. 3% - 116. 0%,and the relative standard deviations( RSD,n = 10) were 2. 3% - 4. 2%. This method showed the advantages of easy-handle,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and it was suitable for quantitative testing of trace toxic and harmful elements in food-grade lubricating oils and greases.
