摘　　要：目的探讨高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)与鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)在宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测HMGB1蛋白在60例宫颈癌、51例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及16例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。免疫放射测定法检测48例宫颈鳞癌患者血清中SCC-Ag的表达情况,并分析其与HMGB1的相关性。结果 HMGB1在宫颈癌中阳性表达率为83.3%(50/60),在CIN中阳性表达率为54.9%(28/51),在正常宫颈组织中阳性表达率为12.5%(2/16)。HMGB1的表达与FIGO分期和淋巴结转移情况密切相关,并且HMGB1的表达与血清中SCC-Ag的水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HMGB1的表达水平随着宫颈病变级别的递增呈升高趋势,且与临床相关参数密切联系。HMGB1可能作为宫颈癌诊断、预测及评估治疗效果的判定指标之一。Objective To investigate the significance of high-mobility group box 1 （HMGB 1 ） and serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen （SCC- Ag） in cervical cancer, and explore their prognostic value. Methods HMGB1 protein expression was analyzed in 127 cervical tissue samples in- cluding cervical cancer, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （ CIN ）, and healthy control samples using immunohistochemistry. Serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen （SCC-Ag） was inmmnoradiometfically measured in 48 serum samples from squamous cervical cancer patients. HMGB1 and SCC- Ag were then correlated to clinicopathological characteristics. Results Positive HMGB1 immunoreactivity was detected in 83.3% （50/60） cancer cases, 54.9% （28/51） CIN cases, and 12.5% （2/16） control cases. HMGB1 expression tends to increase as cervical cancer progresses and it was found to be significantly correlated to FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis. In addition, HMGB 1 expression and levels of SCC-Ag were significant- ly correlated in SCC （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion HMGB1 expression tends to increase as cervical cancer progresses, and it was significantly correlat- ed to clinicopathological parameter. HMGB 1 may be a useful biomarker for patient prognosis and cervical cancer prediction.
