摘  要:在柴油加氢工艺动态仿真的研究中,相平衡模型是柴油加氢工艺动态仿真中重要的数学模型。由于柴油加氢动态仿真中相平衡模型求解对于计算速度和精度的要求较高,传统方法无法解决计算稳定性和计算速度这一难点问题。所以提出了一种采用简化模型逼近严格模型的新的求解方法,应用到柴油加氢动态仿真的相平衡模型计算中,计算结果与实际数据吻合较好,证明提出的方法在计算速度、收敛范围和计算精度等方面均优于传统的求解方法,表明了新方法在柴油加氢动态仿真中的有效性和实用性。Phase equilibrium model is an important mathematic model in diesel hydrotreating process dynamic simulation. The requirements of accuracy and computing speed are higher for diesel hydrotreating process dynamic simulation. But traditional method can not solve this problem. Thus, a new method using a simplified model approach strict model is proposed in this paper. This method is applied to calculate phase equilibrium model in diesel hydro- treating process dynamic simulation. Simulation results are consistent with actual data, which proves that this method can be employed in calculating phase equilibrium model. At same time, compared with traditional method, this meth- od has faster computing speed, better convergence and higher accuracy. The validity and practicability of this method have been proved in the application.
