摘 要:为改进芦沟煤矿运输系统,需对-15m水平运输大巷进行扩修改造,对比分析两种改造方案后决定采用沿老巷道右帮重新开挖新巷并充填部分老巷的方案,通过FLAC3D数值模拟分析了施工期间及施工后巷道围岩应力分布及位移演化规律,经现场改造施工后,巷道围岩变形不大,验证了改造方案设计及施工工艺的合理性,为同类地质条件下巷道不停产扩修提供了参考经验。In order to improve a transportation system of Lugou Mine,an expansion and repair reconstruction should be conducted on the-15 m level transportation roadway. After a comparison analysis on two reconstruction plans,a plan to build a new roadway along a left sidewall of the previous roadway and to backfill partial previous roadway was determined.A FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation was applied to analyze the stress distribution in the surrounding rock of the roadway and the displacement evolution law during the construction period and after the construction. With the site reconstruction completed,the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway was not high and the rationality of the reconstruction plan design and construction technique was approved and could provide reference experiences to the reconstruction with no production stop under a similar geological condition.
