摘  要:为了准确测试炸药在空气中爆炸和地下巷道爆破产生的冲击波传播规律,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的爆炸冲击波测试系统.传感器采用瑞士Kistler公司的211M0160压电石英低阻型压力传感器,信号调理采用瑞士Kistler公司的5134B型信调仪,采集系统采用NI公司USB-6356高速同步数据采集卡,供电系统采用蓄电池通过逆变器转化为220 V交流电源供电,构建了野外爆炸冲击波测试系统,基于Lab VIEW8.5编写了爆炸冲击波超压测试软件.测试了以0.5 kg TNT为主的起爆具炸药在空中爆炸冲击波传播规律,通过试验验证了组建的冲击波爆炸测试系统能够满足炸药爆炸冲击波测试的测试要求,为研究炸药空中爆炸、巷道爆炸、巷道爆破冲击波提供了仪器设备.In order to accurately test the propagation law of impact wave which is from explosive blast in air and underground tunnel,an explosion impact wave test system is developed based on the virtual instrument technology. The sensor element employs the 211M0160 piezoelectric quartz low resistance pressure sensor and the signal conditioning instrument is 5134 B made by Kistler of Switzerland. The acquisition system adopts USB-6356 highspeed synchronous data acquisition card produced by NI Company. The voltage is converted into 220 V AC through an inverter and an explosion impact wave test software is developed based on Lab VIEW 8. 5,all of above construct an explosion impact wave test system. Through testing the propagation law of explosive impact wave in0. 5 kg TNT explosion,the explosion impact wave test system can satisfy the explosive impact wave test requirements are verified. These researches provide equipment for the study on explosive blast in air and in tunnel and tunnel blasting impact wave.
