摘　　要：软件故障树分析(SFTA)是硬件或系统FTA的扩展,可应用于安全性关键软件的验证和可靠性分析。本文首先阐述了SFTA的原理和应用过程,然后介绍了结合某嵌入式软件进行实际应用的过程以及最小割集的生成,并在此基础上提出了对该软件的改进建议。The software fault tree analysis （SFTA） is an extension of hardware or system FTA. It can be used for safety-critical software verification and reliability analysis. Firstly, the principle and application process of SFTA are described and the application process of SFTA for an embedded software is presented in this paper, and then the minimal cut sets are built and the improvement for the embedded software are suggested.
