摘　　要：沿海边防可视化管控系统为边境安全服务,分析了该类型系统的组成、能力、工作流程和相关技术解决方案,对基于雷达目标探测结合光学技术实现可视化目标管控提供了技术解决思路。The coastal border visual management and control system service the border security. This paper analyzes the structure, capability, workflow and solving technologies for this system,and provides technological solution to the visualization of target man- agement and control based on the radar target detection method combining with optical technique.
