摘 要:脉内恒载频非相参雷达因其结构简单、性价比高而在船舶导航雷达中占主要地位,但以其常规的杂波处理措施,在存在诸如地面杂波干扰、水上大型建筑物反射干扰等情况下,目标检测能力有限。文中在不依赖多普勒信息的情况下,提出一种基于静态目标掩膜图的动目标检测处理方法,提高了内河强杂波水域的目标检测能力,并可以将船用雷达应用到某些陆域动目标的监测中。该方法在内河和陆域动目标监测的工程实践中已获得了实际成效。Non-coherent radar of pulse constant carrier frequency is dominant in ship navigation radar since its structure is simple and cost-effective. While when the conventional clutter processing measures is applied in detection environments where exist inter- ference such as ground clutter and water large building reflection interference, the target detection capability is limited. A MTD fil- tering method based on static radar target mask pattern is proposed without relying on Doppler information, which improved the tar- get detection capability in inland strong clutter waters. The marine radar using this method can also be applied in some monitoring of land moving targets. The actual results have been obtained when the method is applied in engineering practice of river and land moving target monitoring.
