摘　　要：紧扣"促进软件研制、定型质量提高"主题,结合近年来开展多型重点雷达型号军用软件研制质量监督和参加软件定型测评的切身体会,针对目前武器装备软件研制中存在的需求分析不到位、功能基线欠准确、配置管理水平低、项目设置不合理等主要问题,进行了案例剖析并提出了强化需求评审、优化软件配置项的相应对策。还对当前军用软件工程化管理水平低的现状以及军代表开展软件质量监督所存在的困难进行了形势分析,提出制定里程碑监控表、实施软硬件捆绑把关的对策,以解决软、硬件研制管理"两张皮、两条线"的问题,促进软件质量监督和工程化管理水平提升。This paper closely to promote software development quality toptics, combined in recent years to carry out multi key radar military software development quality supervision and participate in the finishing software test. Aiming at main problems existed in software development, put forward to strengthen the requirement analysis assessment, optimization software configuration item set. Also on the eurrent status of software management is low and diffieulty to carry out quality supervision conducted a situation analy- sis, on the basis, put forward the countermeasures of the formulation of milepost monitoring table to implement the hardware and software binding cheeks to solve the problem of software and hardware management synchronization, and promote the improvement of software quality supervision level.
