摘 要:以钢板浅圆仓为研究对象,以小麦粮堆为目标粮堆,利用温度传感器阵列监测粮堆不同季节、不同位点的温度,运用粮温拟合算法和Matlab模拟软件,重现了不同季节、不同方位的浅圆仓小麦粮堆温度场变化规律,并基于温度湿度场耦合原理对云图进行了分析。结果表明:夏季,粮堆中存在大体积的"冷芯"可以使粮堆安全度夏;秋冬季,粮堆中有"热-冷"多层次区域变化,易导致第2年春季在粮堆表层发生结露霉变;而在冬季进行机械通风作业可有效消除粮堆在春季易结露的安全隐患。本研究为运用场论分析法预判储粮安全提供了有利依据。The squat silo and wheat heap were researched in the paper. Through the temperature data of differ- ent seasons obtained in different points with temperature sensor array, the temperature field model of the grain was conducted by the method of fitting algorithm and Matlab software. It could reappear the change law of temperature field of squat silo wheat heap in different seasons and in different points. The grain temperature field cloud maps were analyzed based on the coupling principle of temperature and humidity fields. The results demonstrated that in summer the grain heap was safe because the large cold areas existed in the center of heap. In autumn and winter, multi - level temperature zones inside the grain heap, which result in the dewing and mildew in grain surface in the next spring. If the mechanical ventilation was applied properly in winter, the dewing and mildew in spring and autumn could be eliminated. The research provides an available basis for prediction of the grain heap safety by using field analysis method.
