摘 要:利用Phytalk植物生理生态监控系统同步自动采集新温185号核桃(Juglans regia‘Xinwen185’)的茎直径、茎液流速及其所处环境因子的日变化过程,并采用多元线性逐步回归分析方法分析其茎直径变化、茎液流速与其所处环境因子之间的相关关系。结果表明,新温185号核桃茎直径连日变化过程曲线呈现以24h为周期的不规则锯齿状波动变化,茎直径变化与其所处的土壤温度和土壤含水量之间存在线性正相关关系,而与其所处环境的太阳总辐射、空气相对湿度和饱和水汽压差之间存在线性负相关关系;新温185号核桃茎液流速呈明显的昼夜节律变化,茎液流速与所处环境的太阳总辐射、空气温度之间存在线性正相关关系,而与其所处环境的空气相对湿度、饱和水汽压差和风速之间存在线性负相关关系。Phytalk Phytomonitor system produced by Israeli PhyTech Company was used to automatically collect diurnal variation process of the stem diameter,sap flow relative rate of J uglans regia ‘Xinwen185’ and their environmental factors,and multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis method was applied to analyze the relationships between the changes of stem diameter,the stem sap flow and environmental fac-tors.The results showed that J .regia ‘Xinwen185’stem diameter daily variation process curve demon-strated irregular dentate flucluation changes with 24 h of cycle.There were linear positive correlations be-tween stem diameter variation and soil temperature and soil moisture content.But there were linear nega-tive correlations between solar total radiation,air relative humidity and saturated vapour pressure differ-ence.The stem fluid flow velocity of J .regia ‘Xinwen185’reflected significantly day and night rhythmical changes.There were linear positive correlations between stem fluid flow velocity,the solar total radiation and air humidity.But there were linear negative correlations between air relative humidity,saturated vapour pressure difference and wind speed.
