中文图书采访工作中的书目信息损耗——以书商采访数据为例

摘　　要：目前中国尚无真正意义上的可供书目,中文图书采访人员只能利用现有的各类书目信息来源。各类书目信息在制作、传递、利用的过程中会出现各种信息损耗,包括信息缺失、信息错误及信息失效。为了减少信息损耗、扩大订购的覆盖率、提高订单的到货率,图书馆可以采取以下措施:拓宽信息来源渠道,减少信息缺失;规范招标程序,选择优秀馆配商进行合作;加强图书馆采访工作的规范化,提高工作效率。There is no subscription bibliography in the real sense,so the purchasing librarians have to use all kinds of available bibliographies. But the bibliographies are incomplete, some information in them is wrong, and some is unavailable due to the information loss in the process of producing,delivering and utilizing the bibliographies. In order to reduce the loss,enlarge the scope of acquisition,and raise the arrival rate,the purchasing librarians should expand purchasing channels to reduce the information loss,regulate the bidding process to select the best book sellers,and make the acquisition more normative and efficient.
