摘　　要：作为影响应急管理效率及其水平的重要因素,应急信息资源的利用和共享决定着应急管理的有效性。为了有效利用应急信息资源,便于应急信息有效传递和共享,文章以应急信息资源为研究对象,以应急信息资源分类目录为研究视角,结合应急信息资源内涵及其个性特征,以满足用户需求和统一应急信息分类为总纲,基于图书情报领域主流分类法,构建了具有7个基本类的应急信息资源分类目录,并对其适用性评估进行了相关分析,从而为应急信息的有效传递和共享问题提供解决办法。As an important factor affecting the efficiency and level of emergency management,the utilization and sharing of emergency information resources determines the effectiveness of emergency management. In order to effectively use emergency information resources to facilitate effective transfer and sharing of emergency information,the paper studied on emergency information resources by taking classified directory of emergency information resources as the research perspective,and explored the connotation and personality characteristics of emergency information resources. The paper rebuilt the classified directory of emergency information resources with seven basic classes based on mainstream taxonomy in library and information science field,in order to meet with user needs and unity demands of emergency information resources. Finally,the paper proposed correlation analysis of assessment on the applicability of the rebuilt classified directory, thus to provide suitable solutions to solve the problem of effective transfer and sharing of emergency information.
