摘　　要：寻找学科服务新项目需要进行服务对象、服务需求、服务目标、服务模式以及学科馆员个人和团队的实力和潜力等基础分析。在此基础上,从哈尔滨工程大学图书馆文献速递服务和学科服务平台建设两个案例出发,深入探讨寻找学科服务新项目需要特别避免区分学科服务高低级别、不顾学科服务效果评价等问题。To find a new program of subject service, some basic analysis such as service object, service demand,service targets,strength and potential of subject librarian along with the whole team,should be carried out. The paper introduces the document delivery service and subject service platform of Harbin Engineering University and the two cases are used to discuss the problems that should be avoided,including distinction among the subject service and ignorance of subject service evaluation.
