妇科千金片对急性盆腔炎患者血清炎症介质表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察妇科千金片对急性盆腔炎患者血清炎症介质(TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8)表达的影响,探讨其抗炎性反应的作用机制。方法将72例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,各36例。两组均采用常规方法治疗,观察组加用妇科千金片治疗,疗程均为14 d。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血清炎症介质表达的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.33%,明显高于对照组的69.44%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-2,IL-6,IL-8等炎症介质表达水平比较无明显差异,治疗后炎症介质表达水平均明显下降,且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎疗效显著,可明显减轻炎症介质介导的炎性反应,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the influence of Fuke Qianjin Tablets on the expression of serum inflammatory mediators（TNF- α,IL- 2,IL- 6,IL- 8） in the patients with acute pelvic inflammation,and to explore its mechanism of anti- inflammatory response. Methods 72 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases in each group. The two group were treated by the conventional method. The observation group was added with Fuke Qianjin Tablets. The course of treatment in the two groups was 14 d. The clinical curative effect and changes of serum inflammatory mediator expression before and after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83. 33%,which was significantly higher than 69. 44% in the control group（P〈0. 05）. There was no statistically significant differences in the expression levels of serum TNF- α,IL- 2,IL- 6,IL- 8 before treatment between two groups,inflammatory mediator expression levels were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0. 05）,which after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased,but the decrease in the observation group was more significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablets has significant effect for treating acute pelvic inflammation,and can obviously reduce the inflammatory mediators mediated inflammation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
