摘 要:目的建立测定小儿咳喘灵口服液中微量钙含量的方法。方法采用Shimadzu AA-6800型原子吸收分光光度计,检测波长为422.7 nm,HNO3-H2O2(9∶1)或微波消解样品。结果钙离子质量浓度在0.5-5.0μg/m L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;方法回收率分别为99.00%和99.47%,RSD分别为0.76%和0.42%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、快捷,结果准确,重复性好,可应用于小儿咳喘灵口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS) method for determining the trace Ca content in Child Kechuanling Oral Liquid. Methods The Shimadzu AA- 6800 AAS was adopted for conducting the detection at the wavelength of422. 7 nm. The samples were digested by HNO3- H2O2(9 ∶ 1) or microwave. Results The mass concentration of Ca ion in the range of0. 5- 5. 0 μg/m L had a good linearity with the absorbance(r = 0. 9998); the recovery rates(n = 6) were 99. 00% and 99. 47% respectively,RSD were 0. 76%(n = 6) and 0. 42%(n = 6) respectively. Conclusion The established method is simple,fast and accurate in the detection results with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Child Kechuanling Oral Liquid.
