摘　　要：目的了解医院药品分包装的使用情况,发现其中存在的问题,促进药品分包装工作更深入地开展。方法通过对试点科室的使用者进行问卷调查,并对回收的有效问卷进行统计分类,再用Excel 2003软件进行分析。结果 102名受访者中,96.08%(98/102)认为药品分包装对自行服药有帮助,99.02%(101/102)对药品分包装的形式很赞同,97.06%(99/102)认为分包装药袋上的标识明显,74.51%(76/102)认为分包装药袋上字迹清晰,52.94%(54/102)认为分包装药袋还需完善交代内容。结论绝大多数受访者认为药品分包装对其用药有很大帮助,希望医院尽快完善并加以推广。Objective To understand the use situation of drug points packaging for finding the existing problems and promoting the drug points packaging work to be carried out more deeply. Methods The questionnaire survey on the user of drug points packaging in the experimental department was performed and the valid questionnaires were performed the statistical classification. Then the Excel 2003 software was adopted to conduct analysis. Results Among 102 respondents,96. 08%（98/102） of respondents thought that the drug points packaging has help to self medication,99. 02%（101/102） of respondents agreed with the form of drug points packaging,97. 06%（99/102） of respondents thought that the identifying of the drug points packaging is obviously,74. 51%（76/102） of respondents thought that the handwriting is clear on drug packaging bags,52. 94%（54/102） of respondents thought that the contents of the packaging still need to be improved. Conclusion Most of respondents thought that the drug points packaging is helpful to self medication,and hoped that hospital should perfect the drug points packaging for popularization and application as soon as possible.
