米非司酮联合加味八珍益母草膏治疗宫内妊娠物残留24例  

Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined with Modified Bazhen Leonurus Ointment in Treating Intrauterine Pregnancy Residues in 24 Cases

摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合加味八珍益母草膏治疗宫内妊娠物残留的疗效。方法选取45例宫内妊娠物残留患者为对照组,应用米非司酮治疗;同时选取同期且各资料无差异的45例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上联合加味八珍益母草膏治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的痊愈率为53.33%(24/45),总有效率为97.78%(44/45),1例(2.22%)无效者转为清宫治疗;对照组的痊愈率和总有效率分别为31.11%(14/45)和84.44%(38/45),6例(13.33%)无效者转为清宫治疗。两组痊愈率和总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者阴道出血时间和住院时间分别为(5.7±2.6)d和(11.6±2.4)d,均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论加味八珍益母草膏具有一定止血效果,安全性良好,可提高米非司酮对宫内妊娠物残留的排除作用。Objective To observe the clinial efficacy of mifepristone combined with Modified Bazhen Leonurus Ointment in treating intrauterine pregnancy residues. Methods 45 patients with intrauterine pregnancy residues were selected as the control group and treated by mifepristone; while the contemporaneous other 45 patients with intrauterine pregnancy residues without differences in the various data were selected as the observation group and treated by combining with Modified Bazhen Leonurus Ointment on the basis of the control group. Then the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate in observation group was 53. 33%（24/45）,the total effective rate was 97. 78%（44/45）,1 case（2. 22%） was invalid and convert to the operation treatment; the cure rate and the total effective rate in the control group were 31. 11%（14/45） and 84. 44%（38/45） respectively,6 cases（13. 33%） were invalid and converted to the operation treatment,the differences between the two groups showed the statistical significance（P〈0. 05）;the vaginal bleeding time and hospitalization time in the observation group were（5. 7 ± 2. 6） d and（11. 6 ± 2. 4） d respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Modified Bazhen Leonurus Ointment has a certain hemostatic effect and good safety,which can enhance the effect of mifepristone in removing intrauterine pregnancy residues.
