摘　　要：河南三门峡虢国墓地的主体年代为春秋早期,关于其年代上限,学术界有西周晚期和春秋早期之初两种看法。本文持同春秋之初说,并从考古类型学方面略为补辨,在此基础上重新讨论了虢国墓地铜器墓的分期归属,并对M2009虢仲墓和M2001虢季墓的墓主进行了推断,认为他们应分别是西周晚期到春秋之初的前后相继的虢国君并王朝卿士虢公鼓(虢石父)和虢公翰。The age of the Henan Sanmenxia Guo State cemetery is about Spring and Autumn Period. A- bout its top age, there are two views in the academia, that is the late Western Zhou and early Spring and Au- tumn Period. We agree with the view of early Spring and Autumn Period. We also slightly up from the archae- ological typology identified. On the basis of those jobs, we re-discuss the age of the Guo State Cemetery bronze tomb. Also, we infer that M2009 and M2001 Guo Zhong and Guo Ji tomb masters were Guoshigu （Guoshifu） and Guogonghan of the late Western Zhou and early Spring and Autumn Period.
