去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雌孕激素复合物去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗方法及疗效。并与单用雌激素(戊酸雌二醇)治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血作以比较。方法将79例青春期功能失调性子宫出血分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组41例,对照组38例,治疗组予去氧孕烯炔雌醇(妈富隆)止血治疗,对照组予戊酸雌二醇(补佳乐)止血治疗,比较两组患者的控制出血时间、完全止血时间,比较两组患者的止血疗效。结果治疗组患者的控制出血时间与完全止血时间分别短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止血治疗有效率明显大于对照组有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌孕激素复合药物去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,优于单用雌激素补佳乐组。Objective To investigate the treatment method and efficacy of estrogen and progesterone compound preparation（ Ethinyl estradiol desogestrel） on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and compare the clinical efficacy of Ethinyl estradiol desogestrel and estrogen alone（ Estradiol valerate） in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Seventy-nine cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ 41 cases） received desogestrel ethinyl estradiol（ Marvelon） hemostatic therapy,and the control group（ 38 cases） received estradiol valerate（ progynova） hemostatic therapy. The time of control bleeding,bleeding stopping time of the two groups were compared. And the hemostatic efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The time of control bleeding,bleeding stopping time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. The efficiency of hemostatic therapy of the treatment group was more than that of the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of estrogen and progesterone compound preparation ethinyl estradiol desogestrel（ Marvelon） was better than estrogen alone（ progynova） on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
