新形势下我国矿产勘查工作的对策建议

摘　　要：矿产资源在经济发展中具有重要的支撑作用,同时也是经济社会发展的物质基础。当前,我国的矿产勘查工作面临着勘查投入下降、资源供需矛盾突出、新兴和环保技术矿产开发利用的兴起等新形势,与此同时,十八大报告提出的生态文明建设也对矿产勘查工作提出了更高的要求。本文正是在这种形势下,针对我国的矿产勘查工作还存在的顶层统筹规划与布局不完善、勘查方法及技术支撑作用有待提高、商业性矿产勘查机制不完善以及地质资料信息服务等一系列问题,为实现找矿突破,保障资源供应,促进经济社会可持续发展,从完善相关制度、制定激励措施、强化规划部署引导、加强科技支撑和协调生态保护等方面提出了几点对策建议。Mineral resources was playing an important supporting role in the economic development ,it is also the material basis of economic and social development .At present ,such new situation what mineral exploration of our country is facing is that the spending on mineral exploration gradually declined ,resources supply and demand contradictory is prominent .The rise of new technology and environmental protection be applied to the development and utilization of of mineral resources .At the same time ,the construction of ecological civilization which was been proposed in the 18th National Congress set forth stricter requirements for mineral exploration .This article based on above situation ,in view of a series of questions in mineral exploration ,such as the overall planning and layout of the top is not perfect ,exploration method and technology supporting role needs to be improved .The mechanism of commercial mineral prospecting is not perfect and some questions of Geological data and information service .In order to realize prospecting breakthrough ,guarantee the supply of resources ,promote economic and social sustainable development ,this article put forward several proposals on improve the relevant system ,formulate incentive measures , strengthen planning and deployment Guide ,enhance the support of science and technology ,concert ecological protection dominance .
