摘 要:针对我国煤矿井下主排水系统控制技术落后、故障率高、可靠性差等问题,研制开发了一种基于PLC技术和计算机控制技术相结合的矿井主排水自动化监测监控系统。该系统集井下现场控制和地面远程监控于一体,具有数据采集、实时监测与控制、故障报警等功能。本文提出了系统总体方案,设计了系统硬件和软件,在实验室和现场对系统进行了试验调试,并投入了工业运行。实验和工业运行结果表明,该系统工作稳定、运行可靠,可有效提高矿井主排水系统的控制水平,改善其管理模式,实现井下中央泵房的无人化或少人化运行。Aiming at the current situation that the main drainage system in coal mine is of backward technology level ,high failure rate and low degree in reliability ,a kind of automatic monitoring and control system for the main drainage system in coal mine based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller ) and computer control technology has been developed .Compiled the field control and ground remote monitoring in one set ,the system can realize data acquisition ,real‐time monitoring and control ,together with fault warning ,etc ..In this paper ,the overall structure ,software and hardware design are put forward .Test debugging of the system is carried out in laboratory and field ,and the system has been put forward to the industry application .It has been shown by the laboratory test and field application that the system can operate stably and reliably ,and improve the management model of the main drainage system in coal mine effectively ,as well as promote the productivity .In addition ,it can realize unmanned or less humanization operation in central pump station .
