摘　　要：目前各汽车生产企业整车审核对产品质量缺陷水平的反映通常是以缺陷分值的平均数定量表示的。针对这种评价方式存在的优缺点，以整车审核的产品质量缺陷水平为研究对象，按照缺陷类型，建立了基于整车审核的产品质量缺陷水平评价体系，运用模糊综合评价法，建立了相应的产品质量缺陷水平评价模型，提出定性地用质量等级好坏来反映整车质量水平和模型中各一级指标质量水平。最终得到整车审核的评价结果综合了缺陷审核分值定量表示和质量等级好坏定性表示，能够用质量好、较好、一般、较差和差5种质量等级显示每辆车所建立的5个一级指标和整车综合质量水平。Currently, the auto production enterprises usually express the product quality defect levels of vehicle audit in terms of quantitative defect score averages. Aiming at the advantage and shortcomings of the evaluation, the paper takes the product quality defect levels of vehicle audit as the research object, basing on the defect type, then builds product quality defect level evaluation system, and creatively uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the evaluation model, qualitatively reflects the vehicle and primary index quality level 1 by quality grade, finally gets the vehicle audit comprehensive evaluation as a result of defects of quantitative audit score and qualitative quality grade. The 5 level indicators and vehicle quality level of each car can be shown by 5 kinds of quality grade, such as quality good, relatively good, ordinary, relatively bad, and bad.
