直肠下端黏膜环行切除治疗Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨直肠下端黏膜环行切除治疗Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔的效果。方法选取我院自2013年4月到2014年4月期间接收的115例Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔患者作为本次的研究对象，并对本组113例Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对直肠下端黏膜环行切除的治疗效果进行分析总结。结果本组115例Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔患者采用直肠下端黏膜环行切除术治疗手术时间为15-55min，平均手术时间为（24．9±11．2）min，平均手术时间为（249±11．2）min；治疗后临床控制77例，显效25例，有效10例，无效3例，其治疗总有效率为974％（112／115）。结论给予Ⅲ期脱垂性内痔患者直肠下端黏膜环行切除术治疗可取得良好的效果，有较高的应用价值，应在临床上得到更大范围的推广及应用。Objective： To investigate the lower rectum mucosal circular resection for stage Ⅲ prolapsed internal hemorrhoids effect. Methods： selected in our hospital 115 cases of stage Ⅲ prolapsed internal hemorrhoids patients during 2013 April to 2014 April received as the research object of this, and the clinical data of 113 cases of this group Ⅲ prolapsed internal hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively, to lower rectal mucosal circular resection treatment effect is analyzed and summarized. Results：This group of 115 patients with stage Ⅲ prolapsed internal hemorrhoids patients with lower rectal mucosal circular resection in the treatment of operation time was 15-55min, the average operation time was （24.9 ± 11.2） min, the mean operation time was （24.9 ± 11.2） rain; 77 cases of clinical control after treatment, 25 cases markedly effective, effective 10 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total effective rate was 97.4% （112/115）. Conclusion： give Ⅲ prolapsed internal hemorrhoids patients with lower rectal mucosal circular resection treatment can obtain good effect, has a higher application value, should be popularized and applied wider in clinic.
