摘　　要：目的:分析HIV/AIDS患者γδ-T细胞受体(TCR-!链)多态性特征。方法:运用多重引物PCR片段荧光分析技术,对HIV/AIDS患者(n=30)的γδ-T细胞受体(TCR-!链)进行基因重排分子测定,并与健康人群比较。结果:与健康人群比较,HIV/AIDS患者的γδ-T细胞受体(TCR-!链)基因呈现单一化重组表达,其表面标志物受体的多样性出现损害。结论:HIV/AIDS患者γδ-T细胞受体TCR-!链基因多态性变化,可以作为反映机体黏膜免疫系统状态的一个药物疗效评价指标,该技术的运用为中医药治疗HIV/AIDS患者免疫系统缺陷疾病的疗效评价提供了新的方法手段。Objective： To assess the length diversity of TCR-γgene of γδ--T lymphocytes. Methods：we performed the fluorescence labeling poly-primers polymerase chain reaction （PCR） amplifications in gene of TCR-γchain of γδ--T receptor, and compared the length diversity of TCR-Tgene of γδ--T between HIV infectors （ n = 20）, AIDS patients （ n = 10） and HIV-uninfected controls （ n = 10）. Results ： An average diversity for TCR-Tgene of γδ--T lymphocytes from HIV/ AIDS individuals was significantly abated as compared to the healthy controls. Conclusion ： the change of diversity of TCR- Tgene of γδ--T lymphocytes in HIV infectors can be used as the marker to assess the therapeutic effect on the mucosal immunity of HIV infectors, this technology provide a way to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HIV/AIDS Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）.
