谢强谈针刺“信达雅”

摘　　要：谢强教授将严复先生提出的翻译三字准则"信达雅"引申到中医临床作为针刺的理想境界。认为针刺之"信"即精确,体现在辨证无误及取穴精准;针刺之"达"即经气通达,可运用通经接气针法帮助经气直达病灶;针刺之"雅"即医患关系和谐,医者一方面通过治神以增强对经气的感知及把握,另一方面通过对患者的调神以释除恐针心理,使其适应针刺提高针感加速得气,医患双方共同调神从而达成和谐气场,提高临床疗效。Professor XIE Qiang extends YAN Fu＇ s criterion of translation ＂Xin,Da,Ya＂ to TCM clinic, as the ideal state of acupuncture. He says the ＂ Xin＂ means accuracy, including syndrome differentiation and acupoint selection; the ＂Da＂ means unobstructed channel, the doctor can do this by applying acupuncture manipulation; the ＂ Ya＂ means harmony, the doctor improves his ability of QI perception by cultivating his moral character, on the other hand, the doctor gains trust by relieveing the patient,s concerns. There will form a Doctor-patient harmony between both sides.
