《中药成方制剂》中含延胡索方剂组方规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS),分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准——中药成方制剂》(简称《中药成方制剂》)含延胡索方剂组方规律。方法:应用该平台V2.0软件以频次为核心,分析含有延胡索方剂中的常用药物、药对、核心组合。结果:明确含延胡索的方剂182首,配伍常用药物共435味,大多为活血、疏肝、益气、滋阴类药物,涉及主治疾病78种,同时选取应用频次最高的中医疾病"胃痛"进行深入分析,发现延胡索多与行气养血、柔肝平肝类药物配伍,如香附、川楝子。结论:应用中医传承辅助平台分析《中药成方制剂》中含延胡索方剂的组方规律与临床应用实际相符,同时也为延胡索成方制剂的开发提供理论依据。Objective： To explore the composition rules of prescriptions containing yanhusuo, recorded in national standard for Chinese patent drugs （NSCPD） enacted by Ministry of Public Health of China, with traditional Chinese medieine in heritance support system （TCMISS）. Methods： The software V2.0 is applied to analyze composition pattern and rule based on the frequency of drugs. Results： Via exploring 182 prescriptions containing yanhusuo, we identify 435 drugs and 78 diseases which are commonly used. Most of drugs can not only regulate but also benefit qi and blood, such as Danggui（ 当归, Angelicae Sinensis Radix ）, Xiangfu （香附, Cyperi Rhizoma ）, Baishao （ 白芍, Paeoniae Radix Alba ）, Baizhu（白术, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma）, and so on. Meanwhile is chosen as the most frequently used disease from the top 78 diseases for further analysis. It is found that when curing stomachache, yanhusuo often combines with other medicines such as those can disperse stagnated liver qi and soften liver as well as nourish blood like Xiangfu （ 香附, Cyperi Rhizoma） , Chuanlianzi（ 川楝子 , Toosendan Fructus ） , Baishao （ 白芍 , Paeoniae Radix Alba ） , etc. Conclusions ： The composition rule of yanhusuo is consistent with clinical application, which provides credible evidence for the development of herbal formulae containing yanhusuo.
